UX/UI Design

Customer retention relies heavily on avoiding user frustration, which can be caused by poorly designed websites. To ensure a good User Experience and Interaction (UX/UI), it's important to conduct usability and card-sorting tests before launching a website. These tests gather data from multiple users to identify patterns and can be performed using a low-fidelity prototype, followed by a high-fidelity prototype, and sometimes another usability test after the website is completed.

Although templates can save time and cost, it's essential to create a custom design and develop a style guide to build a strong business brand.

To complete this project, multiple tests were conducted, and Adobe XD was used to create high-fidelity prototypes for both mobile and desktop screens. The project also includes the initial sitemap and the style guide.

Note: this assignment was designed purely for the purpose of learning how to use Adobe XD. It was not created for an actual customer. Completing twelve pages, six for the desktop version and six for the mobile version was the only requirement for passing the UX/UI Design course.
